I am a 37-year-old homeschooling mother of 6 children, ages 16, 12, 10 (my girls); and 8, 6, and 4 (my boys). I started college in the early college admission program when I was 16, and never finished. So here I am blogging for scholarships with people not much older than my oldest child. As if 6 children and home schooling is not enough of a challenge while trying to finish a Bachelor's Degree in legal studies, I am also battling diseminated Lyme Disease among several other chronic conditions. I am a Christian and previously began majors in vocal music performance and office technology. I have actually used both quite a bit, but because of the limitations of my current health (and repeated problems renting in Florida), I feel that I could use Legal Studies most at this point in my life. I have been married for 15 years, and have no intention on using what I learn in my studies to divorce my husband:). The best of luck to all!

- Contemporary Christian tops the list, but I also like classical and some 80's mix. Because I'm a singer, I prefer performing to just listening, and my one moment of "fame" came in 1991 when I sang the National Anthem to open the world championship kickboxing tournament which was broadcast as a pay-per-view event.

- The Bible! Also the poetry of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, Anne of Green Gables (whole series), Little Women, The Left Behind Series (Tim LaHaye, Jerry B. Jenkins), Though None Go With Me (Jerry B. Jenkins), anything by Janette Oke, and EVERYTHING by Ann Coulter
