Sinister Sacricity

“Let me tell you about my mind,” said the demon as he progressed through my thought processes. “I feed off the living to learn more of the dead. Your hell is my own sanctuary from my hell which you call your sanctuary.”

“I-I don’t understand. Where did you come from?”

“Heh, you really don’t remember the day your mind was tapped, do you? The day you ate the floured flesh and drank the concentrated blood was the day that your mind could be tapped.”

“I still don’t understand. What floured flesh and concentrated blood? My faith will protect me and you will leave me, y-y-you demon.”

“Ha-ha, you think it is that easy? Bah! Your faith opened yourself up to me, my friend. Here, let me show you the actual power of your faith.”

A pain descended on my entire being as the words flowed forth from everywhere but nowhere. The voice said, “Verto viscus ut panis quod cruor ut vinum dip vestri conscientia in meus mens. Jesus eram viscus quod EGO eram cruor. Vestri matris votum ut orbis terrarum quod metatron pessum ire sanctus fides.”

A clutching cold pierced my soul as my mind burned with the pain of a million ant bites with the roar of an insect swarm filled the entire room. I saw as sin was etched on my hands, which made my blood run and turn from black to red then back to black. My entire being was overwhelmed as hands gripped my wrists and the burn of the demons mark spewed forth-greenish pus. I opened my mouth to scream and out came words in a tongue that I had never heard before, “Vestri abbas proditor filius in denique hora. Ut cado quod orior oriri ortus frater quondam ut unus ending sanctus veneficus ut held is ut unus.”

As these words left my mouth, the pain ended and I could hear the demon speak again, “I release you from the bonds that bound you to crippling lies. You will never be rid of the hand that has touched the brand new sin. I watch and wait for the day that it becomes clear, but for now a journey awaits you.”

Suddenly all was calm again. I lay breathing upon the floor half-naked viewing where sin has been marked into my hands. It was gone now, but the burning sensation has stayed with me from that day, only to reappear when I stumbled onto what can only be deemed as sinister sacricity that our religions leave out. The demonic joined with the saving, the sinister that pervades what the religions and we...are.
