Current TV because its geared towards my demographic (young adults with a flair for awareness) and CNN because they're impartial and accurate.

I have to admit I dont' read books much :-( DOH!!!!
I go to CNN.com, CLTV (24 hour news source for chicago kinda of a baby CNN for chicago), Insider, Access Holywood, Inside Edition (yes entertainment news is just as important :-)
