Mmm. Hundreds of musicians and artists to list. I'll just list genres. I like Acoustic Folk-core stuff. Ska will always be my specialty, raised rude, always rude. I like some techno-ish stuff for when I'm running. I like Ani DiFranco/Alanis Morisette sort of stuff, and I love women who have babies and play guitar. I love The Police, The Cure, that sort of stuff. I like some of the bands other countries have put out like The Hives and stuff. I also like bands like NoFx, Propagandhi, that sort of stuff. I love me some Irish punk any day : ) I usually like my music nice and raw, meaningful, with intelligent lyrics... but sometimes I just like me a good polka.

To be really generic, I like all kinds of music. My favorite band is AFI, though. I've liked them for a long time, before the "Miss Murder" video, too. Yes, kiddies, AFI was a band before then., I'm more into Indy, Punk, Experimental, stuff that's interesting, fun, but with the ability to have substance.
My local newspaper, The Journal Star, read it every day. An aspiring journalist, I know all news it slanted, I often check both conservative and liberal news sites, to get a balanced, clearer view of the truth.
