I'm CloudNight. I'm currently in the process of school.... So I'm not able to write too much, BUT I do have a writing contest coming up... so expect a short story. I definitely respect any criticism from anyone as long as it is supported and sensible. You can contact me on aim (StormofAH) if you want. Aloha, fellow artists.
My name is Lauren and I am a theatre major. I've been writing poetry and music for as long as I can remember. I'm not a great storyteller, but I try.
I usually write about observations that I make about my own experiences and especially the experiences of my friends.I tend to be critical but I don't want to attack people. So if you want someone to go in and tear your piece apart so you can just make it better, you know who to contact. Otherwise, I'll try to keep my mouth shut.

I love religious philosophy and human behavior, so a lot of that comes through in my works.
I also play guitar and video games in my free time.

I'm Emma. I'm currently attending Hunter College in NYC. I'm a poet, but I dabble in all forms of writing. I've been published and have attended numerous conferences, and I still have so much to learn about writing. My favorite poet is Grace Paley. If you've never heard of her, look her up. Her short stories will inspire you, and her poetry will give you chills.
In my spare time I explore Greenwich Village, wander through the Met, read, play video games (I'm a huge Nintendork), and hang out at funky cafes. I also enjoy photography and painting.
Overall, I'm a nerdy girl who loves to write. Any comments on my writing is greatly appreciated, and I will definitely make sure to read yours as well. Editing is tough, but it's also my favorite part of the writing process.

Hi, some people call me Jester, because, though I'm not really all that funny when I'm trying to be, I tend to be very contagious when I'm laughing- mostly at myself. I've been writing ever since I can remember. I particularly enjoy writing poetry, fantasy fiction, and dramas.

I am a senior in high school. I am getting ready to go to college this fall. I love writing fiction stories and poems and hopefully, one of these days I'll get some published. I have been writing poems and stories for a couple of years, but in the last six monthes I grew a deep passion for fiction. I would have never thought that "The Virtual Will", which was originally a four page english assignment, would grow to half a book. It all started with that crazy dream I had with evil ninjas chasing me in the mall (yeah you might be laughing now, but them ninjas were scary). I was searching the web for writing contests and thats when I came across this website. I gurantee you that there will be much more stories to come. I have a MySpace page that tells all about me.

Suzanne is what some people call me. As I get to know you and maybe if I like you I'll let you call me Suzie. Maybe not, I hate it, but that is what my mom calls me. My husband calls me Baby Doll. I've been writing since I was physically able (unfortunately my first creative writing was on my mom's bathroom wall). I write all in all genre's, but right now I am writing mostly college essays as I have decided to go back to school. Whoever said that college was one big party didn't do it at the age of 30 with two small kids. Ugh!

I go by Mel and I've been writing for awhile, but in the last couple years have focused more on writing. I usually write tragedies, friendship type stories, drama, that sort of thing. Don't really have much on here, but I do have a lot on another site. I write mostly stories, but once and awhile something will strike me and I'll write a poem.

Hi, I'm Tiga. I like reading, drawing and playing video games. I plan on attending an art college with the goal of becoming an animator or video game designer in the near future. I'm not a big writer, mainly because I never thought i was to good at it. Recently i took a writting course to improve on my skills . Because of that class I feel a bit more comfortable with my writing. I don't have much posted on the site, but i did post a writing contest of sorts recently. I hope people will respond to it.

Hi everyone! My name is liz and I've been writing kind of all my life...when I was in 2nd grade I wrote a totally lame but nonetheless impressive 30 book series about the adventures of a girl named Samantha..haha, each book was about 5 pages long and included pictures. I write mostly short stories and lots of steam of consciousness (that would be great if there was actually a genre for that). Also poetry.
I'm from California, but am going to school in New York and take most of my inspiration from the awesome places I've lived. I've never really been able to get a whole lot of feedback on this stuff, so it's all really rough, so please tear my work apart. That's why I'm posting it all, to see if it's any good and how I can make it better.

I am getting registered this months to go to Emmanuel College this Fall. I am a recovering alcoholic/addict and today i live my life loving the Lord Jesus Christ. I am a youth leader at my church and try to live my life in accordance with God's will. I am a loving, nonjudgmental person. This may be more than anyone cares to know but i just wanted to put it out there.

No, I don't read any Manga but I would if I could get my parents to buy me some. I watch Mew Mew Power/Tokyo Mew Mew, Yugioh, MegaMan/RockMan, One Piece, Digimon, Shaman King, and Medabots. I know I don't watch much but I haven't got the time anymore. What about you?

I read manga , my favorite being loveless and Les Bijoux. I also watch a lot of anime. I like Digimon, Sailor Moon, Bleach, Cowboy Be Bop, Trigun, and Out Law Star. If you can't buy manga you can always readthem online. There are websites you can go to to read the commercialized manga and ameture manga.

My name is Bridge, but Bridget is my proper name. I admit, I wasn't all that creative with the username.
In my writing I do try to be creative, though. I write a poem every now and then. My stories will range from realistic to science fiction, depending on what I feel like writing that day. I love getting feedback, so comments on my stuff is very much appreciated.
I'm also interested in writing skits and scripts, though I wasn't sure this would be the right place for those.

Hi, I'm Alethia. I'm a junior in high school. I'm interested in a lot of politics, even if I don't plan on going straight into them. You need some real-world experience before politics, you know? If you can't handle the real world, you definitely cannot be a member of Congress! I consider myself a fighter in the causes of all minorities that lack the equality and respect they deserve and I am in the process of creating a Gay-Straight Alliance at my school. (All I need is a progressive, open-minded teacher that has enough time on their hands from a small NC town.)
As for writing, I write a lot of essays unwillingly, but I love to write short stories and novels. I used to write poetry, but it's not as common now. I like to incorporate my interests into what I write, so I've written one novel about the political and diplomatic relations of a fictional nation. It's a lot more interesting than it sounds, I promise.

I am a 29 year old mother of 3 biological and 3 step children. I have decide to go back to school. I have always put my family's needs first and myself on the back burner. I crave educational growth because it's an accomplishment I need for myself and a standard I want set a standard for my children. It has been a struggle trying to get started. My steps are slow but I am proud of the minor steps I take. With juggling 3, 12 1/2 work days and being a wife and mother (which is a job within it's self then multiply by 6!) Anyway that's just part of me. well I gotta go Husband is on the way home and I need to have him breakfast ready and get my children dressed and later apply for financial aid. Wish me luck on my educational Journey
